6. Delivery and Shipping

UK Delivery: We strive to fulfil your order by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be fulfilled within a reasonable time, generally not exceeding 30 days.

International Shipping: We may offer international shipping depending on the product. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the Customer.

Delivery Timeframes: While we endeavour to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Consumer Rights Act 2015: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within a 14-day "cooling off" period, starting from the day you receive the goods.

Conditions for Returns: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom software development services and digital downloads may be exempt from this right once work has commenced or the download has been initiated with your consent.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

8. Software Development Services

Project Scope: For software development, a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or project scope will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services.

Deliverables: We will use reasonable skill and care to provide the deliverables in accordance with the agreed specifications.

Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, intellectual property rights to custom code explicitly developed for the Customer will be transferred as outlined in the specific project contract. Pre-existing materials and internal frameworks remain the property of HEXACOM LTD.

Warranties: We provide a standard warranty period (typically 30 days post-launch) for software development projects to fix critical bugs or deviations from the agreed scope.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included on our Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of HEXACOM LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Website or services without express written permission from us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, HEXACOM LTD shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any contract between us.

Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount paid by you for the products or services in question.
